Four Years Aboard Truxtun...

I reported aboard the USS Truxtun DLG(N) 35 in August of 1970 as a 17 year old (know-it-all) kid. For the next four years I lived, sailed, and grew up aboard Truxtun. During these four years I was given the world as a playground. This page is dedicated to my fellow Truxtun sailors. Enclosed are the names and faces of the people that sailed aboard Truxtun, as they appeared in our ships cruise books. Most of these books are as they appeared in that day (in black & white).
